"I received the Blaze contest guitar today and I absolutely LOVE IT!!! It is one awesome piece of work. It has the most comfortable neck I've ever wrapped my hand around and its looks are absolutely stunning. The tone is very well balanced and clear. Lots of nice touches, from the great shape and worn-in feel of the "shed neck", the beautiful maple wood used, perfect fret work, the well-placed controls, classy headstock (actually, everything about this guitar is classy), cool body shape, the personally inscribed serial number with its nickname "Hairball" on the back of the headstock, the handwritten note about the guitar on the warranty page, and of course, Steve Blaze’s signature on the back in silver. I played it for 4 hours today and I swear I was playing better with this guitar, no doubt. I cannot imagine the amount of time spent in designing and building this guitar and getting everything just right."
